We are a fiercely independent record label and/or distributer for artists of exceptional abilities. We assist artists, arrangers and producers in developing musical artists by producing, promoting and distributing their music and helping to build their brand so they can free up time and resources to invest in their creativity. Our moto is “The recording is the most important 10%.”
In today’s environment, it is easier than ever to have your music heard online, but harder than ever to get noticed or properly placed online. Being an Independent record label and distribution company, we can focus all of our resources on our exclusive catalog of artists and music publishing. We maintain a consistent level of mutual respect and attention to detail with our artists. We understand the creative process… We guide our artists, but we also listen!! In some cases we are actively involved in the music publishing and help to maximise income through proper collection efforts and placement of songs in all forms of media and advertising … Our success has taken us from film, soundtrack, TV and commercials.

Owner
A young woman has a dream of becoming a singer. She records herself on her phone and YouTube but she has no true guidance as to how to pursue her dreams. A rap group hangs out with their friends, freestyling lyrics and creating raps over beats already produced. Everyone tells them how good they are but they search for someone who can really believe in them and take them further. A young man sells his CD out of the trunk of his car because he doesn’t have any marketing tools to help him get his CD heard.
Artists like the ones mentioned above have found a true support system and direction with Team 100 Studios. “We are pro-artist. We give back to any artist that’s really consistent with their music. We are a one-stop shop providing anything they need,” says Team 100 Studios’ owner Steven Huckabee. “When I started rapping I always used hashtag 100 because I believed in being real with yourself and being confident in who you are. So it seemed only natural to intertwine that into the name of the studio: Team 100 Studios.”
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Steven is no stranger to the music industry and found himself dabbling in production and rapping since he was 12. “I started pressing record and play on a tape deck and building a studio in my closet with extra speakers. I’ve always had a desire to put something together and build up music.” His dual interest in both music and electronics led him to want to pursue the studio aspect of his dreams as opposed to his rap career.
Team 100 Studios Music Group, officially created in 2015, is located inside of Mastermind Barbershop in
Cleveland, Ohio. The downstairs studio is equipped with all of the latest recording and production gear and photography studio. Not only do they offer affordable 24/7 sessions and photography services, but they also provide videography, graphics, management, press kits and marketing. For special occasions or private events they offer a DJ and a caterer. Team 100 Studios is a one-stop shop for all of your needs, including being able to get an amazing haircut inside the barbershop upstairs. Steven Huckabee, along with his power team, gives back to the community by sponsoring events, creating community fundraisers, and participating in charity events. In December of 2017 Team 100 Studios successfully launched their first annual Hat and Scarf giveaway for the children in the Cleveland community.
Freestyle Fridays is another event at the studio that gives an opportunity for artists to compete against other freestylers and obtain a copy of the session, along with a video interview. The winner wins 4 hours in the studio along with other prizes. They are also working on creating a Mixtape featuring local artists and a podcast entitled Talk 100. The podcast will include interviews and blogs on the hottest talent around. Be on the lookout, also, for Team 100 gear to include hoodies and skull caps, to name a few.
Growing up in the rough streets of Cleveland, Steven ran with the wrong crowd and trouble seemed to follow him everywhere he went. Being a father at a young age and wanting to be a role model to his kids made him make the decision to want to further his career in the music industry, hoping to pave a way for his children. His drive and determination has made Team 100 Studios Music Group a huge success. It’s not all about the production, the vocals, or the lyrics; it’s about creating careers in music and always thinking

Au has been with Team 100 Music Group from the very beginning. As Producer, they take on quite a lot of responsibility, from fine-tuning the musical arrangements to assisting other Producers with perfecting their performs.
